Returns, defective goods and cancellations:
All products on this website are inspected before delivery, but in the unlikely event that a product is faulty and you wish to return it or request a refund, please contact us by email within 6 days of receipt of the product, stating the following details.
(1) Your name, product name and order number.
(2) Details of the defective product
(3) Photograph of the defective part
The return postage due to initial defects or damage will be borne by the shop.
- We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as size change, wrong colour, wrong image, wrong actual size, etc.
- The size may vary due to the overseas nature of the product.
- Please note that the fabric material may differ from that shown in the photos due to the overseas nature of the product.
- Please note that the sewing may be rough due to overseas products. There may be cases such as fraying, threading, no laundry tag, wrinkles, beads and buttons are not sewn properly. Please purchase on the basis of understanding.
- Please understand that the product is made overseas and that there are some products that do not have holes in the buttonholes for bottoms such as jeans and denim. In that case, please understand here in advance because it becomes a form to have you open a hole by yourself.
- The following items cannot be exchanged or returned if they have been tried on, washed or have odours or stains on them.
- The product cannot be exchanged/returned if more than 7 days have elapsed since its arrival.
If you receive a defective item or an item that is not in accordance with your order
If the delivered goods are found to be faulty, or if you receive goods that differ from your order, we will refund or replace them with the same goods, as the case may be.
(Please note that we cannot accept returns of defective goods if you do not contact us within 6 days of receipt of the goods.)
If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will proceed with a refund.
Please note that returns/exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases.
- Returns or exchanges due to the customer's own reasons (colour, size, etc.)
- Products without tags (we consider the tags detached as used).
- Items that have been used, altered or exchanged after more than 7 days from arrival.
- Products that have been used, altered, washed or cleaned.
